I’m Emma, a 20-year-old girl living in the Pacific Northwest. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been drawn towards baking of every kind. I remember being fascinated by stirring together things that would never taste good all by themselves: flour, butter, sugar, baking soda, salt, and eggs, popping the mixture into the oven, and pulling out a sheet full of deliciousness. It was like magic to me.
